Funny Mugs
Some mugs hold coffee (tea too). These ones also have opinions.
Danna Bananas ships funny coffee mugs across Canada from Pickering, Ontario, including sarcastic, retro, novelty and heat-changing designs.
Funny coffee cups, sarcastic mugs, retro designs and heat-changing surprises all have a place here.
I’ve been running Danna Bananas from Pickering, just east of Toronto in the GTA, since 2006. Funny coffee mugs weren’t always part of the store, but as Danna Bananas grew, so did the collection. Then I found heat-changing mugs that revealed a hidden joke or scene when something hot was poured in, and they became a must-sip part of the store.
A funny mug can get a laugh when it’s opened and still be useful every day after that. And because we ship from within Canada, Canadian customers do not have to worry about surprise customs fees from a U.S. order.
What Makes a Mug Funny?
Some funny mugs say what everyone is thinking before the first sip. Others take their time, like heat-changing mugs that hide the joke or scene until hot coffee or tea reveals it. The best ones are easy to give, easy to use and funny enough to become someone’s regular mug.
Heat-Changing Mugs That Surprise
Heat-changing mugs make people wait for the joke or scene. Pour in something hot and the hidden design appears when they least expect it.
Our Pigpen Island Heat-Changing Mug looks sweet and innocent until hot coffee reveals a not-so-innocent joke.
Funny Mugs for Gifts
Funny mugs work for birthdays, office gifts, white elephant exchanges and that person who is impossible to shop for. They get a reaction at the office, make coworkers do a double-take and often become someone’s favourite mug.
